This blouse has a faux drawstring; it is for looks only, it does NOT pull the neck size smaller.  With elastic at the neckline, we have put in a slit vee opening for you to tie as open or closed as you like. The sleeve has a double ruffle with soft 1/4" elastic for a ample, comfortable fit.
